Every caregiver clears the same four CareLink checks: a mandatory JCF Police Certificate, government ID matched against her face, references we personally call, and confirmed experience. Where a caregiver lists a credential — special-education training, HEART certification, a therapy-assistant background — we verify the paperwork before it ever appears on her profile. We never invent a qualification, and if a caregiver has no formal training we say so plainly.

No — and we'll always be honest about that line. CareLink arranges non-clinical caregiving: patient supervision, daily routines, following a care plan, and support so your child is safe and engaged. For assessment, ABA, speech, occupational, or physical therapy you need a licensed professional, and we'll tell you so rather than overpromise.
