The 10% platform fee is the only thing CareLink takes. Sitters keep their full hourly rate.

Pricing questions
Do I need a subscription to message sitters?+
No. Messaging is free, unlimited. Forever. You only pay when you book a sitter.
When do I get charged?+
When you book. WiPay holds the payment until 24 hours after the booking ends, so you have time to raise any issue. If you choose cash, you pay your sitter directly and CareLink takes nothing.
What happens if a sitter cancels?+
Full refund, automatically. We'll also try to find you a replacement if you ask.
Can I tip?+
Yes — through the app or in cash. 100% of tips go to the sitter.
Do you take a cut of the sitter's hourly rate?+
No. Sitters keep 100% of their stated rate. The 10% fee is paid by the parent, on top.
When does Premium launch?+
