Our concierge pulls from a vetted standby pool by parish. You get a WhatsApp message with the replacement sitter's profile, ETA, and Police Cert status — within 60 minutes.
If we miss it, your next session is free.
No claim form. We auto-credit your account in JMD for a same-length booking, applied to any future session within 90 days.
Why we can promise this when no one else does
Most Jamaican childcare runs on a single sitter. When she can’t come, parents are stuck. We built the platform from day one to fix that.

The honest fine print
We wrote this in plain English so you don’t have to read a terms page. Three things to know.
Where the guarantee applies
- Kingston Metro: Kingston, St. Andrew, parts of St. Catherine (Portmore, Spanish Town). Full 60-minute coverage.
- St. James (Montego Bay): 90-minute coverage window for Ironshore, Bogue, Coral Gardens, Catherine Hall.
- Other parishes: Best-effort dispatch. If we miss, the credit still applies.
When the guarantee starts
- When your booking is confirmed at least 4 hours before start time. Same-day urgent bookings have a separate policy.
- When your sitter cancels within 4 hours of start. If she cancels with more notice, we re-match you the standard way and the credit doesn’t apply.
- When your account is in good standing — no unpaid balance.
When it doesn’t apply
- Acts of God or public emergency. Hurricane warnings, island-wide curfew, JCF security events — we’ll still try, but the timer pauses.
- Parent cancellations. If you cancel, the guarantee doesn’t fire. Standard refund policy applies.
- Direct WhatsApp arrangements with sitters. The guarantee only covers bookings confirmed through CareLink. If you arrange directly off-platform, you’re on your own.
