Before a caregiver ever appears on CareLink, our team completes all four checks below — personally. No caregiver goes live until every one is done, and each is renewed every year.
Every caregiver must provide a valid JCF Police Certificate — no exceptions.
Government photo ID checked against a live selfie, so the face matches the name.
We don’t just collect references. We phone them ourselves and speak to them directly.
We don’t take claimed experience at face value. We interview every caregiver, then confirm the families she has worked with and the ages they’ve cared for by calling and checking with her references.
