How CareLink Jamaica works
What “verified” actually means
Every caregiver on CareLink Jamaica must complete a structured verification process before they can accept a single booking. That process is anchored on the Jamaica Constabulary Force Police Certificate — the country’s official criminal record check — with the document name matched against government-issued identification. We interview every caregiver and pair the certificate review with at least two reference calls that confirm the caregiver’s experience, plus an optional community vouching layer.
