Post a job. Let sitters come to you.
Describe what you need — recurring nanny, after-school cover, weekend sitter — and verified caregivers in your parish apply. You pick. Free to post.
How posting a job works
- 1
Describe the job
Tell us the care type (one-off, after-school, recurring nanny, full-time, or elder care), your parish, days and hours, your children's ages, and your budget in JMD. Two minutes, no account needed to start.
- 2
Verified caregivers apply
Your post goes out to JCF Police Certificate-verified caregivers in your parish by WhatsApp. Only caregivers who match your parish and care type can apply — you won't be buried in irrelevant replies.
- 3
Review, message, and pick
Compare applicants' profiles, verification badges, community vouches, and hourly rates. Message anyone free, run a paid trial, then book the one who fits your family.
Questions about posting a job
Is it free to post a childcare job in Jamaica?
Yes — posting a job is completely free. CareLink only charges a 10% platform fee on online-paid bookings once you hire, and cash bookings waive that fee entirely. There is no cost to post or to receive applications.
What kinds of jobs can I post?
One-off or urgent sitting, after-school care (pickup, homework, supper), recurring weekly nannies, full-time live-out or live-in placements, and elder or patient care. Pick the care type that matches and describe your specific needs.
Who can see and apply to my job?
Only verified caregivers in your parish. Every applicant has uploaded a JCF Police Certificate that we verify with AI vision plus manual review, and many carry community vouches from real Jamaican families.
How fast will I get applicants?
In Kingston Metro most posts get their first applicants within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 7 AM–9 PM). Parishes we're still onboarding may take longer — you can also browse and message caregivers directly on find-a-sitter.
