Your post goes out to JCF Police Certificate-verified caregivers in your parish by WhatsApp. Only caregivers who match your parish and care type can apply — you won't be buried in irrelevant replies.

Is it free to post a childcare job in Jamaica?
Yes — posting a job is completely free, and there is no cost to receive applications. CareLink does not take a percentage of what you pay your caregiver; for a managed placement we charge a one-time Matching & Verification Fee, published at /pricing.
What kinds of jobs can I post?
One-off or urgent sitting, after-school care (pickup, homework, supper), recurring weekly nannies, full-time live-out or live-in placements, and elder or patient care. Pick the care type that matches and describe your specific needs.
Who can see and apply to my job?
Only verified caregivers in your parish. Every applicant is personally vetted — ID checked against her face, current JCF Police Certificate, references we personally telephone, and an interview.
How fast will I get applicants?
In Kingston Metro most posts get their first applicants within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 7 AM–9 PM). Parishes we're still onboarding may take longer — you can also browse and message caregivers directly on find-a-sitter.
